Here is a quick tutorial on how to view your report for the template “Customer Survey”. You will be able to view summaries of the questions you ask or see the individual responses from each customer.
1. Log into your account and click “Manage Campaigns”. Then, hit “Report” for “Customer Survey”.
2. A report showing your “Question Summaries” and responses from the survey will appear, with the option to view it in a data table or a graph.
3. Another option is to view “Individual Responses”, which show each customer’s response to the survey, including the date, time, and phone number. You can click the green arrow to see the different respondents’ answers.
